Waitlist

Waitlist is from December 1, 2023 until March 1, 2023. Email confirmations will be sent the first week of March based on availability. 

NEW Members

New memberships are available for $70 + tax and run from March 1 - Feb 28. Memberships are not valid until guest receives email confirmation and mug number. All muggers receive 1 keychain associated to their mug club number to be used as a membership card. 

RENEWING Members

Early Bird Renewal $55 + tax - December 1 until January 15

Regular Renewal $60 + tax - January 16 until February 28

All mugs NOT renewed by the last day in February will be made available for new members

Renewal Process   

Mug club members can renew starting December 1st.  Memberships will be considered renewed upon receipt of a completed Mug Club Renewal form and full payment. If not renewed by February 28, you may purchase a new mug club membership for $70 based on availability. The previous mug club number is not guaranteed. 

Non-Renewed Mugs    

Mug club numbers not renewed by February 28 will be made available to the wait list on March 1 on a first come first serve basis.

Mug Liability              

Members are required to return their mugs to the bar prior to leaving the brewery to ensure the safe keeping of the mug. Lost, broken, or stolen mugs may be replaced at the member’s expense for $25. Mugs broken by an Appalachian Brewing Company employee during service or cleaning will be replaced at no charge to the member.

Membership Communication    

Each member must provide a unique valid email to receive promotions such as party invite and birthday coupon. Emails shared to multiple memberships are invalid.
